The chassis is a thickened aluminium alloy frame with additional reinforcement at the key stress points where the drive head takes torque from the motor and the rider's steering input. An impact-resistant ABS shell covers the drive and battery zone, protecting the assembly against knocks during transport, kerb contact and everyday handling. Pneumatic inner and outer tyres on the 12-inch wheel add a second layer of cushioning alongside the enhanced shock absorption in the fork assembly.
